Month 1: Foundation
Week 1-2: AI fundamentals, LLM mastery, prompt engineering, tool stack.

Q1: Is this paid or unpaid?
A: You receive ₹2,500/month stipend (₹7,500 total) + all AI tools covered by Webfries (~₹12,000 value) + possibility of ₹25,000 top performer bonus. Total value: ₹20,000-45,000 depending on performance.
Q2: Do I need to pay anything?
A: No. Zero investment required from you.
Q3: Is this full-time or part-time?
A: Part-time: 15-20 hours per week for 3 months. Perfect for students or those with other commitments.
Q4: Will I get a job after 3 months?
A: Everyone gets a guaranteed interview. Strong performers receive job offers. Others get certificate, portfolio, and recommendation. We’re looking for 2-3 full-time hires from each cohort.
Q5: What if I don’t know coding?
A: That’s fine. We’ll teach you what you need. More important is logical thinking and willingness to learn.
Q6: Can I apply if I’m still in college?
A: Yes! Final-year students and recent graduates are ideal candidates.
Q7: Is this remote or in-person?
A: 100% remote. We’re a distributed team. Location doesn’t matter, talent does.
Q8: Who owns the projects I build?
A: Webfries owns all IP created during the fellowship. But you can showcase the projects in your portfolio with our permission (which we’ll grant).
Q9: How is the ₹25,000 winner decided?
A: Based on quality of solutions delivered: innovation, execution, client impact, code quality, and documentation. Judged by Webfries leadership at end of Month 3.
Q10: What happens if I need to drop out?
A: Life happens. You can exit with 1 week notice. However, you’ll only receive certificate and interview if you complete the full 3 months.
Q11: When does the next cohort start?
